Terms and Conditions

The following information is to describe specific terms and conditions on our pricing. Also, this information explains our agreement pricing, and what the agreement entails. Please read this information carefully, and then contact us if you have any questions. Our "Contact Us" tab is located at the top of this page.

  1. This agreement assures that Executive Designs remains the domain administrator for the domain names duration, usually two years.
  2. The setup for the web hosting fee assumes that you already have a domain name (if you do not have one we can obtain and register one for you), and that you would remain setup on a web server for 6 months. This also assumes that you will not select to have any add-on domains, transfer of domain name registrar, or other extra and unusual expenses. In most cases, the price listed is sufficient to establish a web site for your personal or business use.
  3. The price listed for initial web design includes the initial site design and layout, and any necessary changes until both Executive Designs and you agree that the web site's content in terms of colors, text and, graphics is complete and that the site is closed.
  4. Once a site has been deemed as complete and closed, any additional changes, adding pictures, links, text, etc. is billed at $2.00 to $5.00 each. This may include changing the locations of these items, etc. However, adding links and such that lead to the development of a new page would be treated as an initial design step.
  5. Banners, headers, and text logos are created at the stated prices depending on the complexity of the design. While we normally bill at the minimum cost, please understand that vector graphic logos and art design would qualify as a special graphics project and those costs would be appropriate.
  6. Executive Designs does not normally adapt orphaned web sites and we prefer to maintain our own designs. If we do agree to manage an orphaned web page, it would only be done at the initial design and non-agreement rates.
